Hello. It seems that you're using a web browser that's out-of-date or doesn't comply with widely accepted standards. The Health Show site should still be accessible to you, but you'll be missing out on most of the design elements. You should consider upgrading your browser. The Web Standards Project has more info.

text size
Is the text too small? If you'd like to make it bigger, just click on the "larger" option in the site tools section in the left column. This little trick works through JavaScript and cookies. If you have those options turned off in your browser, you won't be able to change the text size from the left column. Also, if you notice that the text looks like it's jumped out of its columns after you switch text sizes, hit your browser's reload button. That should put the text back in place.
search options
There are couple of different ways you can search for information on this site.
story search
This option is available to you through the blue outlined field at the top, right corner of every page. This search will only look through our archive of Health Show stories. Try it out:
site search
This search allows you to generally look for anything on the site. It's not very good at finding stories, but it can help you find sections of the site you might be looking for. Try it out:
feeds
You may find it easier to keep up with The Health Show by using one of the RSS feeds that we offer. RSS is a syndication format for web sites based on XML. It stands for Really Simple Syndication. Basically, we've packaged the information for each week's show so computers can manipulate it in a bunch of different ways. You can access stories on this site and many others using an RSS reader. Here's a list of RSS readers.
Here are feeds of what's in each week's show:
The Health Show: RSS .91
The Health Show: RSS 1.0
Here are feeds of The Chart, our blog of interesting health stories and reports:
The Chart: RSS .91
The Chart: RSS 1.0
And if you want an mp3 of The Health Show delivered automatically each week, here's our podcast feed:
