Hello. It seems that you're using a web browser that's out-of-date or doesn't comply with widely accepted standards. The Health Show site should still be accessible to you, but you'll be missing out on most of the design elements. You should consider upgrading your browser. The Web Standards Project has more info.

audio help
The Health Show is available for listening over the Internet in a couple of different formats. Take a look below for all the details.
RealAudio
This is probably the fastest and easiest way for you to listen. Just click the audio link, wait a second or two, and the audio will start playing. If you're on a dial-up connection, this is the way to go. Downside: the sound quality suffers at the expense of speed. You probably already have the player for RealAudio, but if you don't you can download it here. Look for the free player.

MP3
This option affords you better sound quality and the ability to save the file on your computer. In fact, you can save it as long as you like and even burn it onto a CD. Downside: the file download is large. Unless you have a high speed connection, this probably isn't for you. If your computer doesn't prompt you to save the file when you click the link, right-click on it and choose "Save as".

RealPlayer, Windows Media and iTunes will all play MP3.
Ogg
What's an Ogg? It's a format similar to MP3, but it allows for better audio quality in a smaller file size. Ogg is not supported by all players, but that's changing. Winamp, a very popular player, does currently support it. You can download that here. We encourage you to give it a try. If anything, it's just fun to say.
